Who we are
SeedSide is a product of Modern Mustard Seed LLC, Kalispell, Montana ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of SeedSide at this site and in the office it builds for you.
Your office
You own the information you put into SeedSide and everything the crew writes for you. You can export it at any time from Settings and take it with you when you leave.
The crew
SeedSide's agents draft, schedule and organize work on your behalf. You choose how much they do on their own. Drafts you approve are sent or posted under your name, and you are responsible for what you approve. The crew can make mistakes; read what it writes before you approve it, and never rely on it for legal, tax or medical advice.
Billing
SeedSide is billed monthly in advance at the price of your plan. There is no setup fee and no contract. You can change plans or cancel from Settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of crew runs; unused runs do not carry over.
Fair use
Do not use SeedSide to send spam, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, to impersonate anyone, or for anything unlawful. We may pause an office that does.
Availability
We work to keep SeedSide running every hour of every day, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. If something breaks, we fix it and tell you what happened.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about SeedSide is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
